Founding Sales Development Representative
£35-40k BaseWe are hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative for a high-growth, bootstrapped SaaS company (currently £500k+ Rev and scaling fast toward £1.5M+ by 2027) – someone ready to build pipeline, experiment, and help shape the sales engine from scratch.
If you love outbound and want real ownership, this is your role. 🔥
What you’ll own:
- Create and qualify new outbound opportunities
- Drive outreach across calls, email & LinkedIn
- Book high-intent meetings and fuel the early pipeline
- Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving environment
What they’re looking for:
- Clear, confident communicator
- Comfortable selling to both SMB + Enterprise
- Hungry to progress into a closing role
- Available 2-3 days/week in the London office
