Founding Sales Development Representative

£35-40k Base

We are hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative for a high-growth, bootstrapped SaaS company (currently £500k+ Rev and scaling fast toward £1.5M+ by 2027)  – someone ready to build pipeline, experiment, and help shape the sales engine from scratch.

If you love outbound and want real ownership, this is your role. 🔥

What you’ll own:

  • Create and qualify new outbound opportunities
  • Drive outreach across calls, email & LinkedIn
  • Book high-intent meetings and fuel the early pipeline
  • Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving environment

What they’re looking for:

  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Comfortable selling to both SMB + Enterprise
  • Hungry to progress into a closing role
  •  Available 2-3 days/week in the London office
