We’re working with a prestigious financial services firm in London that is looking for a Senior Recruiter. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent for various financial positions.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Conducting interviews and assessments.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial roles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
