Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed market research to identify potential candidates.
- Supporting executive search consultants with sourcing activities.
- Preparing comprehensive candidate profiles and market intelligence reports.
- Managing and updating the candidate database with precision.
- Assisting with client presentations and meetings, providing valuable insights.
Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Keen interest in the legal sector and its market dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
