We are working with a leading Executive Search firm specialising in the Life Sciences sector. They partner with global pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and innovative healthcare start-ups, helping them secure senior leadership talent across research, development, and commercial functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic London team as an Executive Search Associate. You’ll be immersed in the fast-paced world of Life Sciences, developing a deep understanding of the sector while building relationships with high-level candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and map out talent pools within the Life Sciences sector.
• Identify, approach, and engage with senior-level candidates through targeted headhunting.
• Support senior consultants with client briefings and strategy meetings.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for client presentations.
• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and ambitions.

Ideal Candidate:

• A 2:1 or above degree, preferably in a Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen interest in the Life Sciences industry and a desire to develop expertise.
• Proactive, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Previous experience in recruitment, research, or executive search is a plus but not essential.
