Senior Business Development Manager
£170,000 OTEWe’re supporting a scaling global company transforming the way enterprise organisations upskill employees
We’re looking for Senior Business Development Managers fluent in German, Spanish, French, or Italian to join their growing London-based team.
💡 The opportunity:
– Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle (3-9 months)
– Work with mid-market and enterprise clients (€25k-€100k+ deal sizes)
– Engage with HR, L&D, and Procurement leaders across Europe
– Collaborate with Product & Marketing to shape regional strategy
✨ What you’ll bring:
– Fluency in one or more European languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
– Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with strong closing ability
– Background in EdTech, HRTech, or L&D solutions a plus
💰 £85k base + double OTE with kickers for overperformance
