Junior Sourcer – Talent Acquisition

Our client’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for a junior sourcer to help them approach, engage and attract exceptional talent.

Job Description

  • Working closely with head-hunters and other sourcers in the TA team
  • Developing your skills in unearthing top-tier talent
  • Gaining expertise in the global tech and systematic trading market
  • Engaging top talent to enable the company to build out their research function
  • Building talent pools
  • Directly contacting prospective candidates using various sourcing tools
  • Writing engaging, personalised messages to prospective candidates
  • Maintaining a consistent and healthy pipeline of CVs
  • Quickly acting on leads
  • Feeding back market intelligence and insights to the team
  • Innovating and driving diversity sourcing strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in any discipline or relevant experience
  • An interest in working in an academic, data-driven environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to demonstrate a methodological approach to larger, complex projects
  • A creative mindset around candidate outreach and innovative sourcing
  • Motivation and drive.
