Our client is creating the most complete and powerful mobile strategy platform, managing everything required to turn an app into a business. Their products are centred around distribution, tracking, performance, intelligence, and monetisation. Their focus is to combine our services into a single platform to allow customers to maximise their advertising spending and improve the quality of their advertising inventory.
Historically, our client has had three core divisions, which they are now integrating to form a single unified platform. These divisions are Media – their mobile ad Network and campaign solution; Data – for monitoring apps, benchmarking competitors and understanding market trends as well as ASO (App Store Optimisation) fundamentals; Cyber Security – to secure and protect customers and their apps.
The Role:
An Internal Recruiter to help the company with its rapid growth. The role will have an emphasis on technical recruitment, but there will be recruitment needs across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong tech recruitment background, ideally in Ad-Tech or Data. In this role, you’ll challenge and influence recruitment decisions on attraction, recruitment, and selection methods to ultimately ensure the best talent is hired.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing internal roles across all departments, but predominantly in Tech and Sales
- Sourcing Software Engineers/Developers, DevOps, QA and various other technical posts
- Resourcing in various locations, including the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia
- Working alongside existing talent PSL/agencies
- Managing and arranging interviews, processes and feedback
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to establish new business objectives
- Utilising a range of deep sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and a seamless interview process throughout
Requirements:
- over four years of technical recruitment experience (resourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates), ideally in-house
- experience in hiring Software Engineers
- strong sourcing skills
- the ability to evaluate the competence of candidates against the technical needs of the team/project
- experience of working in fast-paced environments that are in start-up mode, ideally in Ad-Tech or Data
- excellent written and verbal communication
- exceptional organisational skills and a detail-oriented attitude
- professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- ethical, self-motivated, and passionate.
