HR Generalist


Job Description

Our client is looking for a talented and highly motivated HR Generalist to join their HR Team.
Working as part of their UK HR Team, you will be responsible for providing HR operations support to UK HR Business Partners across the various business lines. You will be a key contact for employees and a strong partner for the managers based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • being a key contact for employees answering questions related to their contracts, career, development, and compensation
  • being a solid partner for local managers and helping them with the people-related aspects of their business challenges
  • working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, ER, Talent Acquisition, and people development team to make sure you provide to your client group the best expertise and service possible
  • organising yearly recruitment plans with HR Business Partners
  • drafting job descriptions and identifying key competencies and requirements with managers
  • working with the Talent Acquisition team to optimise the sourcing of the right candidates both directly and through local agencies
  • leading HR interviews when necessary
  • leading the onboarding process of new joiners
  • supporting HR Business Partners on their global scope of specific people topics
  • coordinating salary reviews, bonus distributions and promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • excellent communication skills
  • self-motivated, passionate, service-oriented and organisational attitude
  • outstanding customer service – able to identify and understand the needs of the stakeholders, and provide prompt advice and support
  • computer literacy – especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • fluency in English. French is not required but would be a plus
  • good attention to detail
  • being an enthusiastic team player!
