Founding Business Development Representative

£80k package

We’re partnering with an early-stage SaaS company in the SaaS space, looking for a Founding BDR to join their growing team in London.

You’ll be the first sales hire, working directly with the founders to build the outbound engine from scratch, defining strategy, testing messaging, and turning cold outreach into real pipeline.

What you’ll do:

– Own outbound prospecting across
– Craft personalised, high-impact outreach
– Collaborate closely with leadership on GTM strategy and feedback
– Help shape the sales playbook as they scale

What we’re looking for:

– 1-3 years SaaS Sales experience
– Confident communicating with senior decision-makers
– Entrepreneurial, driven, and energised by startup life
Excited to work on-site with the founding team, 5 days a week
