Description
Our client is SaaS startup founded in 2016, based in central London. Their tech platform provides real-time updates on the petroleum market.
Their target market is firms who own a chain of up to 100 petrol stations around Europe, providing insightful analytics into weekly forecasted sales, price elasticity/performance and competitor analysis. Their client base is ever growing, with many working in conjunction with global petroleum brands such as Shell and BP.
What’s Involved?
They are looking for someone to join the team as a Customer Success / Account Executive. Prior experience is not essential as significant training will be provided. Initially you will be mentored by the VP of Customer Success, whilst also shadowing the New Business team.
This is an exciting time to join as the team release new products to add value to their platform. You will be thoroughly trained on the petroleum industry and on the company’s software.
In time, you will be given clients to manage and ultimately you will ensure they renew their subscription and upsell new features to them where appropriate. In the long-term, part of your role will be on-boarding new clients and travelling to ensure they are fully utilising the platform. Apply now.
